Question by mephisto: What is the best way to hit a backhand in badminton?
I have tested out several backhand techniques, but I would like to know which is the best so I can stick to it.

Answer by BadmintonLoverx3you shouldn't do a backhand. the best way to execute shots is to use your forehand. if you do a backhand, it is weaker than forehand shots and will give a lot of openings to the opponents.
